Presentation Guidelines

• The best Full articles submitted on original research submitted prior to September 20^th 2024 will be selected for the Category A- Dr. Sameer Pradhan memorial Award for best Research paper. The Original research papers not selected in this categorywill be given an opportunity to present in Category B(Given below)
• Paper/Poster presentation: Paper to be presented orally, with the help of slides.
• Presentation for Judging- No more than 7 minutes are allowed for presentation, with a maximum of 12 slides (excluding First Topic slide and Final Slide). 3-4 minutes are reserved for discussion. The total maximum time for presentation and discussion will not exceed 12 minutes.
• Presenting authors must be registered for the conference. Only Registered delegates will be allowed to present papers.
• The exact time and date for this session will be announced by 1^st October 2024.

Presentation Guidelines for MASCON 2024 (Category B and C)

• Paper/Poster presentation: Paper to be presented orally, with the help of slides.
• Presentation for Judging- No more than 5 minutes are allowed for presentation, with a maximum of 8 slides Two minutes are reserved for discussion. The total maximum time for presentation and discussion will not exceed 7 (seven) minutes.
• Presenting authors must be registered for the conference. Only Registered delegates will be allowed to present papers.
• The exact time and date for this session will be announced by 1^st October 2024.

Pl Note:

1. You will get an email to inform you about the acceptance of your research/Case presentation.
2. Kindly note your PPT Code that will be put up on the website by 1^st October 2024.
3. You are requested to upload your slides on venue at the assigned location. The slide ppt will be available for general delegates throughout the MASCON 2024 at designated areas. Whilepreparing your ppt – please ensure that the ppt code is inserted on each slide at the top right corner of each slide.
4. The timing of your podium presentation judging during the MASCON 2024 will be informed by mail and updated on the website.
